About these terms

This website is run by DKs 3D Maker, a 3D printing business in Cagayan de Oro, Philippines. By using the site or sending a quote request, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Quotes and orders

• A quote is our estimate based on the information you give us. It isn't an order until you and we both confirm it in writing, for example by email or message.
• If your files, quantity, material or deadline change, the quote may change too.
• The price, payment, timing and collection or delivery for each order are agreed with you before we start printing.
• We may decline any request.

Your files and designs

• You keep ownership of the files, designs and ideas you send us.
• We use them only to quote for and make your order, and we don't share them with others.
• By sending a file or design, you confirm that you have the right to have it printed. If it's someone else's design, make sure its licence allows it.

What we won't print

We don't print anything illegal, firearms or weapon parts, items that copy someone else's protected design or trademark without permission, or anything meant to harm or harass others.

About 3D printed parts

• 3D printed parts show fine layer lines, and colour, finish and size can vary slightly from piece to piece and from what you see on screen.
• For parts that carry weight, get hot, touch food or skin, or affect safety, test the part for its use before you rely on it. We can suggest a material, but we don't certify parts for safety, food contact or medical use.

Using this website

• The text, photos and designs on this site belong to DKs 3D Maker. Don't copy or reuse them without our permission.
• Don't misuse the site, for example by sending spam through the quote form or trying to break into the server.
• We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost time, that come from using this site or from a quote. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) or any other law that protects you.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you send us, and our Cookie Policy explains what this site stores in your browser.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
