Who we are

DKs 3D Maker is a 3D printing business at Velmiro Uptown, Upper Canito-an, Cagayan de Oro City, 9000 Misamis Oriental, Philippines. We decide how the personal information described here is used, and we follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].

What we collect

• Quote requests. Your name, email address and, if you give it, your mobile number. Also the project details you enter: project type, quantity, material, colour, size, the date you need it by, and your description.
• Messages and files you send us. Emails, Facebook or Instagram messages, and any 3D files, photos or sketches you attach.
• Security checks. Cloudflare protects the whole site. On every page it checks whether a visitor is a person or a bot, and the quote form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile. To do this, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and details about your browser and device, and sets a security cookie. Our Cookie Policy has the details.
• Technical logs. Our server keeps logs of errors so we can fix problems. These can include the email address on a quote request.

We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

How we use it

• To answer your quote request and send you a price and timing.
• To make your order, check it and arrange collection or delivery.
• To keep a record of quotes and orders.
• To protect the site and the quote form from bots, spam and attacks.

We process this information because you ask us for a quote or order, which we can't handle without it, and because you agree to it when you send the quote form. We run the security checks because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the site safe and available. We won't use your information for marketing without asking you first.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run the site and our business, and only as much as they need:

• Cloudflare, which delivers and protects this website, runs the security checks on every page and on the quote form, and delivers quote requests to our inbox. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Google Fonts, which supplies the fonts on this site. Your browser downloads them from Google, so Google receives your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.
• Couriers, if we deliver your order: your name, mobile number and delivery address.
• Authorities, only when the law requires it.

Cloudflare and Google may process information outside the Philippines. They're required to protect it under their own policies and agreements.

Our Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and Google Maps buttons are ordinary links. Those services receive nothing from this site unless you open them.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and messages for up to two years after our last contact with you, then delete them. We keep them longer only when we need to for an order, a dispute, or a legal requirement such as tax records.

How we protect it

Quote requests are stored on our own server, and only the people who handle quotes and orders can see them. We use reasonable organisational, physical and technical measures to keep your information safe. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send passwords, bank details or other sensitive information through the quote form.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to:

• be informed about how your personal information is used;
• access the information we hold about you;
• correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
• object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent;
• have it deleted or blocked;
• get a copy of it in a format you can use elsewhere;
• claim damages if it is misused; and
• complain to the National Privacy Commission.

If you're under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to send the quote request for you.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
